I use Twitter fairly often. And every so often I get replies; not nearly as often as I'd like, but I try. And I try to respond to every single one of them (who I am kidding? I have too much time NOT to respond to them). I've always wondered, though: How do celebrities get away with having so many followers, yet respond to only a few replies? For your information, by replying to people, you don't magically give them a gateway to begin finding out more about you. So in other words, if I reply to someone, that doesn't make them any more likely to find out more about me; they can't find out exactly where I am or what I'm doing at the moment, simply by me responding to them. There are a select few celebrities that do respond to people, but most only respond to their "own kind." There's like a secret Twitter celebrities club. Only do people who are in this club have the privilege of being replied and replying to celebrities. Hmmm, how do I get into this club?
Troy spends most of his time replying to celebrities, hoping that they respond back to them. For the record, only Amber Riley of Glee has ever responded to me.
